Mail brings in the email accounts you already have, like Gmail, Outlook or iCloud, and shows them together in one Inbox. Your mail stays where it is, and Mail keeps its own copy on your server, so it's quick to search and still yours if you ever leave. An admin can also give everyone an address at your own domain.
